A Natural Approach to Healing
Therapeutic massage has been utilized as a healing modality in cultures from the east to the west for the last 5000 years. The physical, mental and emotional benefits cannot be denied. All of the conditions that can benefit from massage therapy are too numerous to list, but I will mention a few that are quite common in our society today: chronic muscular tension, stress, headaches, sciatica syndrome, TMJ syndrome and low back pain can all be reduced by incorporating massage into your self-care routine.
About Me
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist LMT and graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY. After obtaining my license in 2002, it’s been my life’s passion to bring the healing benefits of massage to all of my clients.
For the last 22 years, I have worked privately, as well as in the day spa and wellness industries. My experience and knowledge allows me to tailor each massage session to meet the client's specific needs. Primarily, I utilize a combination of traditional Swedish, as well as deep tissue massage, to help you reach your personal goal(s)
Being a firm believer in the connection between body and mind, I find that massage is a viable modality in relieving both physical and emotional stress and has the ability to enhance overall health and well being.
