A combination of soothing Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, as well as gentle stretching. This massage can help increase range of motion, offers deep relaxation as well as relief of muscular tension and discomfort.

Pregnancy Massage
A custom massage for this special time in life. A foam comfort wedge is used to allow for a reclined position while resting face up to alleviate discomfort which may occur laying flat. Pillows will also be utilized for optimal comfort while in a side lying position to allow for massage of the back of the body.

Cancellation / No Show Policy
Please note that I have a 24 hour cancellation policy; there is a fee of the cost of the missed service if there is less than 24 hour notice given for a cancellation or for a no show.

Gift certificates are for a dollar amount, they do not expire and are transferable. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
